Yllas Ski and Snowboard Resort

During the winter months from November to May Yllas Finland turns into a winter wonderland perfect for family ski holidays. Yllas houses one of Lapland's best ski resorts and is also home to the largest network of floodlit cross country ski trails in Finland making it a popular location for the sport.

The northerly location of Yllas within the arctic circle means that it has long snow sure winters with plenty of powder for both skiers and snowboarders to play in. While the winter daylight hours are short the extensive floodlighting in Yllas ensure that the slopes stay open and there is always the chance of a northern lights display to brighten the skies.
